Chelsea Gulinson is an attorney in the Phoenix, Arizona law firm of Milligan Lawless, P.C. Her interests include health care litigation and regulatory matters. Prior to joining the firm, Chelsea was a Research Scholar at the Center for Public Health Law and Policy at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Arizona State University, and Staff Attorney for the Network for Public Health Law, Western Region Office.
During law school, Chelsea worked as a legal extern for the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System, Phoenix Children’s Hospital, and the Honorable Donn Kessler at the Arizona Court of Appeals. She was an articles editor on Jurimetrics: The Journal of Law, Science, and Technology, was president of the Women Law Students’ Association, and was on the board of the Health Law Society.
