For more than 30 years Tom has handled a wide array of complex civil litigation matters, including: commercial, business, construction, lien, condemnation, real estate, trust, professional liability, tort, and mass tort, litigation.

He has represented clients in numerous mediations and trials in both state and federal court; and, has argued before both divisions of the Arizona Court of Appeals, the Arizona Supreme Court, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Tom is, and has been for numerous years, the National Coordinating Counsel in nationwide products liability cases for a Fortune 200 company. In 2015, Best Lawyers in America recognized Tom as the “Phoenix Lawyer of the Year – Construction Law.” Arizona Business Leaders Magazine recognized Tom as a leader in construction law for 2019.
